Kate Henderson-Burton

Kate is 3rd generation 'Yandina' beginning in Real Estate Sales in 2014 under the guidance of her mother Jan Kirby, a 30 year veteran of our business.

Kate has real estate in her blood. Her interest in property started at an early age when she would come into the office to visit her Mum after school.

Kate has a real passion for Yandina and the surrounding areas having lived there all her life. She loves that Yandina is so central to all that the Sunshine Coast has to offer, yet still retains that small village atmosphere.

Being a successful property investor herself, Kate is a hardworking person who strives for the best outcome for both her Vendors and Purchasers alike. Together with her mother Jan Kirby, they have become a great team and have broken all sales records for Yandina Realty.
